Julian G. Carter, M.D.
Dr. Carter attended The University of Texas in Austin where he received his undergraduate degree in biology and psychology. He graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston with his MD and a master’s degree in renal and cardiovascular physiology. Well into a residency in Internal Medicine, his first child was born. This life changing experience prompted him to start residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology the following year. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. For the last decade he has been voted by his peers as one of the best doctors in Dallas, in Texas, and in the United States. As a portion of his patient population has matured, he has become increasingly more involved in general women's wellness care and in the developing field of menopausal medicine involving the careful administration of bio identical hormones menopausal medicine involving the careful administration of bio identical hormones.
Tracy D. Hays, M.D.
Dr. Hays grew up locally in Plano, Texas. She received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M in Biochemistry. She went to medical school at Texas A&M Health Science Center. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor University Medical Center where she received the Joseph Warren award for leadership and balance. She has been in private practice since 2000. Dr. Hays is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is married with two sons and enjoys hunting, running, and jewelry making.
Edward J. Powers, M.D.
Dr. Edward Powers grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and received his undergraduate degree in biology from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. He completed his residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Powers is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is passionate about obstetrics and gynecology because of the unique privilege to provide care during the important time of pregnancy and childbirth, as well as the opportunity to form long-lasting relationships with patients. Dr. Powers believes in taking time with patients to address all their needs while providing empathic and individualized care. He is skilled and proficient in both low and high-risk pregnancy, management of common gynecological issues, and minimally invasive and robotic surgery. Outside of medicine he enjoys running, reading about history, and trying new Dallas restaurants.
